I would not use any other contractor. Eric did a fabulous job on my kitchen renovation, and I asked him to help out with other projects such as installing new heaters and windows in my pre-war condo. During each renovation, I gave Eric the combination to the lockbox, and he could enter at will. He listens to his customer’s needs, and he will tell you what can be done within your budget.
